If you've struggled to stay on track with a goal for the entire week, a daily coach call may be just what you need. We will talk for 45 minutes on Sunday (or Saturday) to discuss the goal you are working on for the upcoming week. It could be eating better, exercising, keeping mental focus and the right attitude about a particular situation or relationship. During that initial 45-minute call we will talk about what roadblocks you've encountered in the past, and what you need from me as a coach to succeed this week. Then, every morning for the following week, I will call you for a 10-minute coaching session to keep you focused, on track, and motivated.
